4. Data Retention Period

• Register of domiciled companies: retained for the duration of the contract and 5 years after termination, in accordance with Article R123-166-4 of the French Commercial Code
• Identity documents and supporting evidence: duration of the contract + 5 years (due diligence obligation)
• Billing data: 10 years from the close of the financial year (accounting obligation)
• Contact data (form): 3 years from the last contact
• Newsletter data: until consent is withdrawn, then 3 years in an inactive database
• Cookies and browsing data: 13 months maximum (CNIL recommendation)

5. Data Recipients

Your personal data may be shared with the following recipients:
